In implementation of the PPA BG16RFPR001-1.001-0201-C01 under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.004 „Support for family businesses, enterprises in the creative industries and crafts“, С-TRUST GROUP OOD announces a procedure for selecting a contractor of the „Public Invitation“ type with the subject:

Creation and testing of a prototype related to the development of a product innovation „Platform for electronic document archiving with intelligent search“

On 24.02.2025. TRUST GROUP EOOD concluded a contract for the provision of grant aid No. BG16RFPR001-1.001-0201-C01 under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.001 „Development of innovations in enterprises“.

Name of the project proposal: „Development of innovations in S TRUST GROUP EOOD“ with a total value of 415,000.00 BGN, of which 85% European funding – 211,650.00 BGN, and 15% national funding 37,350.00 BGN.

The main goal:

The main goal of the project proposal is to develop an innovative prototype of a digital product through industrial scientific research, combining and shaping existing scientific, technological and other knowledge and skills – „Platform for electronic document archiving with intelligent search“, which will provide quick and convenient access to archived documents, using advanced functionalities such as optical character recognition (OCR) and intelligent metadata generation. By using artificial intelligence for search, the platform will allow users to find the desired information quickly and effectively, improving the efficiency of their work. At this stage, the concept is at TRL 2, and in the implementation process it is planned to go through several separate stages of development in which the technical and functional characteristics of the individual components of the innovation will be determined, the design will be made and the construction will be carried out. After the main components are developed and tested to verify the presence of their intended functionalities, they will be assembled into a prototype, which will also undergo industrial research and testing in a simulated environment, thereby reaching the TRL7 technical readiness level. Through the development of the „Platform for Electronic Document Archiving with Intelligent Search“, some accompanying objectives will also be achieved, such as:

– expansion of the scientific and research activities of S-TRUST GROUP EOOD

– registration of a new utility model

These additional objectives represent an important aspect of the project, providing an opportunity for further development of the company and protection of its intellectual property.

As a final result, an increase in the competitiveness of the company will be achieved, providing an opportunity to expand its market share on the domestic and foreign markets.
